Hello, I would like to offer my services as a Live Support Agent for your website. I am online 8+ hours daily even if I have work that day, and 12-14+ hours when I do not have work.
Usually about 7:00AM-10:00PM MST (GMT -7)
I have real job experience in customer service for the past 3 years. I also have 1+ year of online support experience.
Online Experience:
I answered pre-sales, support, and general question emails for 8+ months for a software company.
I was a live support agent for a Botting VPS service for RS for about 3 months.

Native English Speaker From USA (You can also say you have USA based support ) (Can Speak moderate Spanish too)
I can type 50+ WPM.
I know all about hosting, VPS, botting, RS, RSGP, etc. (Been playing RS 10+ years) Experiance with cpanel, VPS, HMTL (6+ years)
