Muffinonrs07 ban dispute

First off, his facebook was a public thing he posted on his accounts. Second off, he flamed me, so I flamed back. Thirdly, I have done nothing but good graces on this forums and to call me posting his isp TO HIM ONLY "Cringeworthy" is hilarious. I was sick and tired of people adding me trying to sell me accounts that obviously didn't meet the thread requirements.He posted his facebook as his primary contact information on his sythe posting. AND, HE PUBLICLY POSTED THE SKYPE CONVERSATION TO MY THREAD, WHICH I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH. SO I DID NOT LEAK IN FACT, PERSONAL INFORMATION. His facebook was also public information.
What i gave to him was merely a fuck off type of thing.

also, my first "vouch" on sythe I obviously stated to the user i was NOT the OO and would not be liable if any recoveries happened, ever since then i have had nothing but good trades on my end. If you really want me to refund the paypal to baykat I will but i have no way to reach him/even know what his paypal is, it has been over a year.

I hope you can see the light in what I am saying, and yes, I did resolve his skype and posted his info. To him. and him only. He publicly posted his facebook and his information to MY THREAD. How is that my fault?

Regardless if you're the original owner or not, you're held liable if the account gets recovered. If you're not able to give him possession of the account back, then you'll need to refund him.

The other part you'll need to wait for Superfluous to review.

Thanks for approving my appeal first off, If i can get in touch with the user I will happily refund him the $$ i owe. If I can't reach him, (hell i dont even remember how much it was), I'll donate the money elsewhere if need be. also to clarify to my first statement, by on his accounts, I mean on his account selling threads. Check them. Thanks again
