Not reporting

IDK what section this should be in but i sold an account and it got banned for selling / sharing idek how but what happens now do i need to refund the guy? because i'm out an account and it was banned on his terms i guess but without being a dick ofc if i have to refund i will i'm just out an account.

 

what did it get banned for? kinda depends on the situation a little bit - can you provide a bit of context?

 

I sold him my account i have only ever used it from 2 ip addresses and a library and after i sold it to him it got perm banned for acc sharing and acc selling now he's out gp and i'm out an account.

 

then i think a 50/50 split is fair. there are inherent risks in buying an account
