Doubt I can do that. Dang I'm in a real fucked up situation right now :/ thanks for helping a lot people. Are paypal costumer service good to talk to over the phone and does it cost anything to call them from UK? Also anyone have their number and link me to where they say their number, just so I know it's actually there number thanks.

 

I've submitted part of a utility bill, if all goes well and paypal lift the limitation, i will do a little $5 giveaway. They are currently to review it.
