Limited Access to PayPal

hello i have a personal paypal account and my access is limited.

iv followed all steps to removing limitation (validating account info and adding and confirming a bank account.) but still i cant get to my money. it happened when i requested the £60 i earned from sellin rsgp. from the same paypal account i requested £7 previous from this request and that got transferred with no problem.

if anyone could help this will be great. their email replies are just dumb.

i just really want to get my paypal account back so i can use ebay, got a few things laying around the house i dont use now and wanting to sell them.

Have you tried entering correct credit card details? mines limited because i registered my old card (canceled now so all details destroyed) and cannot register a new one till i verify that one

You're going to have to add and verify a credit card to your PayPal account. In addition, I believe you're also required to confirm your location.
