I was buying his Money transfer GUIDE and i gave account + all details, he recoverd it, but i never got the GUIDE ---->

If you click on his account you can see it for yourself either, the rest of his vouches are right, but ofcourse just vouches from low levels/only pins even from someone with 0 posts.
