To support your ridiculous accusation, post a case where a member has been banned unfairly, with little to no proof.

In Hitman's case, he did make a mistake while MMing, so he should be held liable, once he refunds the $40 he'll be unbanned(I think).

I just want to comment that theres no actual proof that hitman did any of those things on teamviewer. Regardless of the fact that he's admitted to attempting to enter the vanilla prepaid card #, in normal circumstances wouldn't he NOT be banned due to lack of proof? I've seen countless reports with much stronger proof that were 'denied' due to 'lack of proof', while a simple conversation between truvio accusing hitman over msn and hitman denying it is enough proof?

Also, IN MY OPINON it's not hitmans fault because HE DIDNT PLAN ON THE CARD NOT WORKING. The trade would have gone 100% smooth had the card been activated like IT SHOULD HAVE, had truvio not already registered the card to another paypal.

Also, if the purchase was made in Arkansas can the mods do a quick IP check on all parties involved? See who actually lives in Arkansas...




EDIT: Can't the buyer try to claim a fraudulent purchase was made on the account? If all goes well the money will be restored. A simple phone call wouldn't hurt.
