That would work with a Facebook page due to the nature of the forum and these types of things are popular among Facebook. That is going to get members via Facebook and not have it's forum members go to Facebook due to as I said the nature of the forum and topic.

 

No one is going to stop posting on Sythe to comment on facebook. The facebook page is simply used to promote things such as the community gaming night, or to share other major updates with members. It can also be used as an advertising tool by people sharing things from our page.

 

Never said stop only reduce.

So far, only you feel like things will go this way. Like I said before I'll try to keep an eye on it and see if people are posting on the facebook page more than the Sythe sites and we'll go from there, but everyone on the Community Development and even some who aren't seem quite sure that won't happen.

I have 1K+ friends, so my guess is at least a handful will notice the liked page and probably browse through. The bottom line is it can't hurt to try and see.
