LightersGold Misleading Advertisement

He's been registered for one day. He is unable to sell Elkoy. I warn him of the consequences and he simply ignores:

Tries to justify his "Misleading" advertisement:

Goes back to ignoring the rules:

Usually I'd not mind it but he's only registered TODAY and he's had no Elkoy at all to sell today. His market is inaccurate and until he can prove he has got Elkoy to sell he is just using misleading advertisement to bring customers.

 

We can't go and start punishing everyone who are advertising stock they don't have for a day or two. I'm not too worried about it if they are advertising a currency they don't have for a small amount of time. If he's out of stock for like 1+ weeks I'm fine asking him to edit it out of his thread. Feel free to make another report once that is the case.
