    Lifting Schedules?

Schedule should be based on how your body feels , nobody can tell you a "perfect schedule". Some people recover and grow faster , others dont. If you feel fatigued or sore , simple, rest. If not continue to work.

    Lifting Schedules?

Schedules are there to keep you on track, you should have something Set, but due to life, Things cant be set in stone.

Definitely do lots of research and figure out what your body can handle.

There is no such thing as over training. But there is such thing as over working.
Starting out you are going to be sore. That is ok.
Just try and stick to the plan! do some research and ask questions!
