jesse111555 - Offsite/Possible Onsite Scammer

Here are just some reports that have been posted on the MSN Id that links to that account through this post:

That ID links to three offsite reports, and one report by a well-known User King Tijn around his first join of Sythe. I'm just assuming it's why Tijn's report didn't have conclusive evidence, he was just new and didn't know how to post proper proof. I'm not sure if any of these are worth Sythe bans, but it seems he was handled off-Sythe with these reports. All this + Tijn's post makes it seem a little sketch to me, but it's up for staff to decide.
