    Liberty Reserve?/Other Payment Options

Hello sythe I'd like to ask your thoughts on different payment options. I recently made a Liberty Reserve account but found out you cannot directly payout from it:(. So my first question is when exchanging Liberty Reserve for say paypal through one of those exchanging websites is there a chance of a chargeback/dispute? Also I'm going to list different payment options and tell you my status/concerns/questions regarding them.
Western Union :Isn't a option since I am underage
Direct Paypal :I own a paypal account and this is my main way to pay/get paid. Chargebacks are a huge problem though
Moneypak :Heard this is a great way of dealing with paypal chargebacks. Is it really? Do any paypal users recommend this?
Playerauctions: Have a pa account. This is a great way to buy/sells. But the high fees is a huge problem. What should I do to prevent disputes/non-deliver claims when selling merchandise on pa.
Liberty Reserve: Explained in the main body of text
Alertpay: What is this? Is it better than pp?
Moneybookers: What is this? Is it better than pp?
    Thank you for your time

    Liberty Reserve?/Other Payment Options

If you exchange your Liberty reserve to paypal with a good reputable company, I'm sure you won't be charged back. Also if you are really looking to do this, i'm sure there's many trusted people (who wouldn't chargeback) on this forums who will do this for you, just be careful who you deal with.

Liberty reserve is an online ecurrency, it cannot be cashed out through a bank account or credit card. You can exchange it with many companies for Western Union, and other payment methods. There is no chargebacks or anything at all. However the only negative thing is that you cannot withdraw the funds directly, you need to find a trusted exchanger who will give you Paypal/Alertpay/WU etc in return.

I believe you do not need to be 18 to receive western union payments, you only need to be 18 to send them. I am not 100% sure though, you might want to look into this.

Moneypak only works if you are from USA, it's basically a card which people can purchase from Walmart, and other stores around the US, you can upload the funds to your paypal, as far as i am aware, once you have uploaded these funds into paypal, they are yours, and cannot be chargedback.

When selling on playerauctions, they will give you the buyers contact information (Msn, Yahoo, Skype, Aim, E-mail address) Whatever the buyer has provided, also the buyers ingame character name. Ensure you only deliver to that ingame name, and ensure you speak to the correct Msn/Skype etc that playerauctions have given you. If the buyer is contacting you from another MSN, ask him to PM you it, or update his contact information.

Alertpay is very similar to paypal, just less well - known, however many people do have it. It's less strict on limiting account, I am 17, and I have had 5 paypals limited, however my alertpay is still fine, also chargebacks are much harder to win via Alertpay, as you need to prove where you bought your goods, etc. You can withdraw alertpay balance to your bank account/credit card.

Moneybookers is great also, it does not work for members in the USA however. But it has no chargebacks so it's a great way to sell virtual goods. You can withdraw funds to your bank/credit card and upload funds instantly.

I can give you Alertpay for Liberty reserve if you would like to exchange.
