Lib.dll Trojan Horse help

All right so i was just on my computer and i get this pop up saying that my anti virus has detected a trojan horse. I go to the file where it is and look at it. I try deleting it. It will not delete. Can anyone please help me?

This is what they look like. They were in my shared folder.

Sorry. Never mind. Malwarebytes picked it up.

 

whatever you do don't buy the antivirus software that pops up as it make you a part of a hckers bot network, just a warning.
