LGD-4033 SARM CYCLE REPORT

Reporting in for my cycle of LGD-4033, running 20MG ED for 7 weeks.

Starting weight: 94kg / 207 pounds
Lifting experience: 2 years started at 57kg in 2015 / like 125 pounds? (6ft tall)


Day 4 and I'm feeling great, insane pumps already in every muscle probably due to me running it at 20mg instead of the normal 5-12mg range.

I plan on eating high carbs and proteins on training days, and resting days I'll be eating high healthy fats and high proteins. First 4 weeks is a 5 day split routine, last 3 weeks I will be doing an advanced 5x5 3 day split routine, along with cardio 2-3 times a week

sarms are great man, is this your first cycle

 

nah ive done LGD, Ostarine and a few other sarms before, i've also done Trestolone, Epistane and a bunch of pro hormones. I just started SPARTA NUTRITION CEREBUS to stack with LGD-4033 for a bulk. It's got 1-ANDRO, 4-ANDRO AND EPIANDRO :O

 

I'd also say that I've kept nearly 100% of my gains and had 6 month + breaks from training and taking gear and kept all my gains, gained a bit of fat but got on top of it now and im bigger than ever.

 

How much did you gain?

 

Im 3 week in, recomping my body gained like 5-6 pounds and now added 3 more PH's, I should roughly gain 15-20 pounds from this cycle.
