I would like to have a quote on the following skills to be trained on a non-ironman account. Trusted providers only.

Those are all low-ish objectives, and all the supplies (or GP needed for the supplies) will be available on the account. The account has 75+ melees, range and magic.

RC - 39-55

Construction - 51-70 (supplies/gp provided by me)

Agility - 64-70, must be done via rooftops for MOG

Herb - 57-70 (supplies/gp provided by me)

Crafting - 64-70 (supplies/gp provided by me)

Fletching - 36-60 (supplies/gp provided by me)

Slayer - 56-69 (account has decent combat stats and all required gear/supplies)

Hunter - 42-70

Fishing - 56-62

FM 56-66

Farming - 51-70 (ideally done while training other skills, supplies/gp provided by me)

If possible, please provide a breakdown for each skill and a breakdown if I order everything at once.
