WILLING TO PAY A LOT

I've got a pure ive made and i'd like addy gloves and dt done. He doesn't have very high stats, right now he at:

2 attack
99 str
2 def
97 magic
1 prayer
1 summoning
57 range
67 woodcutting
85 mining
85 smithing
40 agility

everything else is 1.

I dont not want a single def xp and only quest xp is acceptable for other stats. I realize this may be quite time consuming since you have to train and do many quests so i am willing to pay a hefty price, be advised i will not trust you with my account unless you seem trusted to me. Also note i want this done in a reasonable amount of time and i expect an estimated time of completion before i use you, if this etc is exceeded by too long your pay will be cut reasonably.
