    Reason for ban: ban evading on an acount called Bowd.
    This is not true I never owned an acount called Bowd
    This other acount is not associated with mine

    I was banned for having similar interests and name too another sythe user
    This is not clear evidence that I am the owner or associated with ‘bowd’ acount

    I was a donator badge holder and didn’t plan on breaking any rules
    However because of similar interests and name I got banned
    So technically I don’t warrant a pardon. My ban appeal should have been independently reviewed by another staff member other then the one who banned me. And this should have been solved months ago
    Back in august..
    There will be no IP address ties with this other acount and nothing related to me on it.. BECAUSE IT IS NOT MY ACOUNT!

    when the ban happened I was active and friendly amongst the community.

    getting picked on because of my name is discrimination

    a pardon is meant to be where you show remorse for your actions and ask for forgiveness,
    This is you attempting to dispute your ban, which has already been denied twice.

    and finally please read [READ BEFORE REQUESTING A PARDON] Request a Pardon Template if you want to request a pardon.

    I am sorry but I am going to close, if you like request pardon feel free to write new one.
