    Leveling Up Magic In Runescape
    you dont need to have anything with you beforehand on the account. having runes and items to alch would be helpful, but its not needed. you can start at level one magic if you want even. i can level you up to 99 magic in under 7 days, this will however cost you 45mill. the price can be adjusted depending on what level you want it to go to.
