Level-up circles dont appear

Y'know the ones I'm talking about. Circle with some fancy sht and the level you just got on top centre of the screen.

The sparks and fireworks appear in a circle around where it should be but the icon itself disappears every time I level.

Is there some kind of graphic setting that could be affecting it?

 

Try right clicking the XP circle and see if there's any options, I know they changed it in OSRS so you can either add them or track your progress, maybe that's the issue.

 

It all happens as though the circle should be there, but as though it's glitched out.

 

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the client, I don't know if that'll be of much help but worth a shot.

 

This I guess, or go back to default graphics and re-adjust them.

 

For a while now the circles have been disappearing for people if you get xp in the skill you leveled up in before the animation finishes. I also have noticed the circles not popping up at all until the next time I get xp, though this does not happen all the time.

 

I always run everything on highest details and never had an issue, maybe that will help.

There should be a setting to remove those, in I think the gameplay or graphic settings. I remember it being there. Once I log in later today I'll hunt it down and find it for ya.

 

They are active - they're just glitchy. The circle outline in fireworks is there just not the graphic itself.

 

Did you try reinstalling or resetting your graphic settings on the RS client?

 

I auto-set up and tried various different setting combinations. Also happened on a college computer so it isn't my PC.

Having this issue as well, but it doesn't happen every time. Seemed to get a bit better after I re-installed client. Have you tested this on darkscape?

 

I made a HCIM just to muck around with since I don't play much anymore, I get a level up with no skill symbol or anything, but I get the fireworks, then 2-3 minutes later I randomly get the fireworks again and then the skill symbol shows up when I'll be doing nothing simply afking lmao.

 

Mine does that too.. it's annoying because after a few mins the level up circle finally pops up xD I don't have shit net so idk why it lags like that.
