Well due to a few game mechanics was able to gain the infernal cape on a level 3 skiller only due to rollback(dmm account, obviously.). Well this account has Barrow Gloves, 99 Woodcutting, Slayer, & 99 Rcing. I do not want to go into prices here specifically but am looking for something rather reasonable.
