Teach me NMZ

Call me a retard but I actually am not very known with RuneScape and since nobody is really interested in getting Mining, Woodcutting or Fishing trained because it's so AFK-able and everyone likes training them I figured I might aswell learn how to NMZ. I've seen quite some Youtube videos already so I guess if I watch them once again I'm fairly known with it, though I don't have the balls to take the step to actually go there. Neither do I have an account to do so.

My question is if someone well-known/notable around here is willing to teach me step by step how to train in NMZ. With certain individuals they could even explain me it via skype screenshare.

Pay gp to coffer (26k per dream), select bosses (5with low def), use overloads and absorbs and stay 1hp. Voilá

 

Depends on what you want to do and your stats that you have. If you're a pure I suggest doing the absorb method / overload. If you're a main and you have money then do the prayer potion method / overloads. Also if you have the money do dharoking.

Watch a youtube guide on how to nmz, watch one for pures and mains.
Simple, there's not much effort in NMZ.

Put money in coffer
Select 5 bosses
Enter dream on hard mode or whatever.
Get your HP to 1
Drink absorps so it only removes 1 absorp when you get hit (hence why you get 1 hp)
and afk.
easy.
