Personally, I'd quest and skill, as that's what I enjoy doing, but if you enjoy killing go boss.

 

Nothing because you'll probably have it taken off you eventually so any work will be wasted. Put the time in to your own account.

the owner quit for good at gave it to me. so yeah the quests are basically maxed

Go to the rs forums and get a team to go kill King kalphite! one of those new weps = max cash stack from what i hear
