    If you're still going strong, update. I really support this. You can definitely do this. Just put the idea into mind, that gambling is a waste of mind and money (statistics clearly prove this).

    I don't know where you gamble, but I assume it is on the computer. Try to make yourself as busy as you can in real life, this way you have less time to be on the computer. If you happen to have a lot of free time, play a video game or something. Are there any video games you like playing? Seriously, I'd play those with you if that helps you keeping away from gambling. I never had a gambling addiction myself, but I had several others addictions (nail biting, gaming) and I know how horrible it is, how bad you feel about yourself when you fall back to your old habits.

    Are there any family members or Sythe members you trust that can handle the money/BTC for you? Or remove your PP account. You can't gamble when you don't have anything. Again, I don't know how or where you gamble, but having that extra step of going to the ATM or buying new BTC might be enough to prevent you from gambling that day.

    Reward yourself! Reward yourself when you haven't gambled for x amount of days. Go to a restaurant, go on vacation, think about something. This was one of the things that helped me keeping myself away from my addiction.

    Search for help. I read through your thread and tens of people are there to support you. You got one more supporter tonight. I bet most of those people are willing to help you and so am I. If that's not enough, search for help in real life, see a counselor that specializes in addictions. I'm not an expert myself about addictions, but they definitely know methods for keeping you away from gambling.

    I hope with all my heart that this message drags you to the other side. Life isn't easy, but there are many people willing to help you. Please add me on Skype if you need some help, it's in my signature. Everyone deservers a beautiful life and so do you. Keep your head up, you can do this.

    Cracking any kind of addiction is all about the "relapse" if you will. At the start it'll be hours, then days, then weeks, months, years - maybe there'll still be relapses then. The important thing is that it becomes less frequent and less severe as time goes on. You're getting there and you're a smart dude, you know what you're doing and you can do it, <3

    First time reading through this thread, saddens me to see that you've cracked at this point, but an addiction is an addiction. I know from my experiences with drug and alcohol addictions.

    I'll give you credit for lasting this long. Hopefully you'll give it another shot. Just know, the longer you push whether you give in or not, means you're strong enough to overcome it. Don't be dissapointed that you've gave in again, just keep your chin up and stay positive and try again.

    Heads up! I know how hard this can be as I have a gambling addiction myself and have lost terrible sums of money. I keep telling myself to stop playing but then after some while I decide to play a small amount and end up losing big.

    Its great to hear you have been able to not play for over 100 days, hope you can keep up with that. I try to do my best to stop gambling as well!
