    Let's discuss a hypothetical rule

The rule I would like to discuss is the following hypothetical rule:

When do you guys think this rule would apply? Here is a scenario:

Little Joey creates a thread in the spam section, a section where users do not gain post count. Little Joey's thread contains excessive amounts of text by not only him, but fellow members of his community.

Should Little Joey and his friends get in trouble for breaking the flooding rule?

Let's examine the logic more closely.

    Did little Joey flood?
Expanded: Did little Joey post for the sole purpose of gaining post count?

Jesus christ you seriously are like a little baby.

the context that your using the word "flooding" is different from what I defined you and the other users doing. The flooding in the rules is for posts that increase postcount and just spam the forum to get your postcount up.

What you were doing is "flooding" as in posting a repeated image or text multiple times deliberately to make the thread extremely long which is against the rules regardless of the forum.
