    This, but make it high enough that Spammers won't donate just to get the perk and make profit off phishing/whatever they send.

    This is a good point. I personally think $25 is a good enough number so that people can enjoy the perk if they need it, but spammers will probably not take advantage of the twice-as-fast PMs at such a high cost.
