He continued selling the account so it was clearly recovered, I suspect the lack of a report/accusation is due to the fact that the person he traded with was later banned.

It is obvious he sold and recovered the account one time, evidence and circumstance both strongly suggest he's now done it a second time as well.

 

PMed flamearrow to make a report

 

I'm going to contact Inva and Gracious to find out if the account the MM'd resembles the one that is currently being sold. The lack of pictures on the closed threads make it hard to pin point as the exact account.

 

Nothing as of yet. We'll await a report from flamearrow if this is indeed true.
