lele0108 scammed me

Subject:
Legit Dead Island key for 3$ Paypal

Deal:
I have copies of all PMs and emails we exchanged. Problem is I have to delete my PMs on Sythe every 20-30days because of the small quota of 250 PMs, so I am unable to report them.
But I can proof the subject of the deal, transmission of the payment and that he sent me a Dead Island key.
We already had problems initially as the first key he sent me on 12-06-2011 was already in use. First of all he was unwilling to replace it and was acting hostile. After threatening him with a scam report he finally sent me a redeemable key on 12-16-2011.


Problem:
The second key he sent me got revoked on the 16th of February (exactly 3 months after I activated it).

Solution:
Contacted the seller via PM and via Steam chat.

Outcome:
Doesn't want to refund or offer a replacement.

I am sorry for this guy as this dispute is about lousy 3$, but I gave him multiple chances to work this out. Have been trying to contact him for 7 days, yesterday (02-22-2012) he finally replied to one of my messages I sent him on Steam chat.
He refused to refund me or give me a replacement key.
I asked him to refund me because he sold me a fraudulent key. He denied my request and said I should talk to his supplier about the problem. Asked him to take responsibility otherwise I have to report him. He said he doesn't care and deleted me from his Steam friends list.

Request:
Please take action against this scammer.

I am happy to provide any information you need to judge this case.
