--------->1. Scamming<---------

A. Scamming is not tolerated in any way shape or form.
B. Anyone accused of scamming with proof, will be banned from the
clan with no form of compensation or oppurtunity to be admitted back into
the clan.
C. Anyone suspected of scamming will have to temporarily be aquitted
from swapping duties until further notice or conclusion.

--------->2. Swapping Rules<---------

A. When Buying, Selling, Or Middlemanning all trades are required to
be inputted into the chat and have confirmation with the corresponding customer.
Failure to meet this rule will result in a fine equivalent to the ranks direct max.
B. When Advertising the Buying, Selling or availibility of middlemanning
for gold, the rank must distinguish that he is Ranked as well as his Maximum Direct
and Maximum Middleman trade.Failure to meet this rule will result in a fine
equivalent to the ranks middle man max.
C. You may not hold any amount of money exceeding your maximum direct or
middleman limit. failure to abide this rule will result in a loss of rank or a fine
equivalent to double ones middleman max.
D. when Swapping, Buying, or Selling gold, the rank must be in the designated
location, and world as well as appearing in the chat and teamspeak. Failure to meet this
requirement will result in a loss of rank or temporary ban.
E. Ranks will not charge commission in direct trades, and will not charge any more
or less than 5% from each side, or if both sides are willing, 10% from one side.
Failure to meet the requirement will result in a fine equivalent to ones maximum direct trade.
F. Ranks are not allowed to middleman trades that involve items. However
one may purchase items in a direct trade. Failure to meet this rule will result in a
fine of ones direct max.
G. When swapping, one must be activley searching for an advertiser, the general rate
should be set at 150K p/h 07 or 1.5M p/h eoc. One must not offer any less than this.
Failure to meet this rule will result in a fine of 50M the first time and increasing by 50M after
every repetition of this offense.
H. Ranks may not message a potential buyer, seller, or one in need of a middleman.
One may advertise in the chat that they are open to buy,sell, or middleman, however may not
initiate the request to buy , sell , or middleman. Failure to abide this rule will result
in a fine of one's direct max. Repitition of this offense will lead to a temporary,
and permanent ban for the fc.
I. Do not do trade's outside of this clan or teamspeak under the assumption that
your limits do not apply. Failure to meet this rule will result in a temporary and/or
permanent ban if repeated.
J. If one is in need of a middleman and notifies you, you must put down the current
direct trade that you are doing in order to assist them. Middlemanning takes priority over
personal direct trades. Failure to meet this rule will result in a fine of ones direct max.
K. Ranks MAY NOT charge other ranks commission for middlemanning their trade(s), however MUST
Charge the other party (public customer) the 5% commission.

--------->3. General Rules<---------

A. Sniping or stealing of anyone's trade will result in a fine of one's maximum
Middleman trade. Sniping or stealing trades is strictly forbidden and will result in a
permanent ban if repeated.
B. All ranks must show respect to customer(s), if customer(s) reply or respond in a
rude manner including stars one may ignore or refuse service in a kind manner.
C. Kicking of anyone in the fc must be followed by an instant response on why the person
was booted.
D. If not clarified in the previous section, rank must post the amount they are buying, selling
, or middlemanning. Failure to meet this rule will result in a fine equivalent to ones middle man max.
E. ALL RULES APPLY TO ALL MEMBERS FOR THE SAKE OF PRODUCTIVITY AND FAIRNESS, NO EXCEPTIONS!

--------->4. Recruiting process and Responsiblities<---------

A. All who wish to purchase a rank must go through the same series of steps as listed:
- Being Noticed in the Friends Chat by actively, advertising, buying/selling, or
helping fellow swappers in the clan with their questions or concerns. (THIS DOESN'T MEAN SWAP)
- After one is seen as an active member (must have 2 vouches), the clan will be muted.
The owner and co-owners will view the chat whilst 3-15 ranks vote whether the member will be accepted
as a rank.
-At least 50% of the votes need to be positive. The choices will be + = and -. = will
could as neutral, being excluded from the total percentage. + as positive and - as negative.
If the vote is passed the member will pay the fee for the desired rank and will be further ranked.
B. All ranks who are asked to participate in "Judgement Day" are REQUIRED to participate.
C. All ranks [Lieutenant & Higher] will be assign 1-2 lower ranks to keep in check. Failure to
do so will result in a derank, as upgrading to Lieutenant does not only have a gold fee, but come
with the responsiblity of contributing to the chat as an active and prestigious member.
D. All ranks who are assigned to assist, and keep other ranks in line must have a written
report of the activites, and progress the assigned rank has made during the last week. (Once a week)
And submit it to a co-owner in the form of a microsoft word or notepad file. Failure to do so will result
in a deranking.
E. All ranks with the exception of those who have permission from the owner or co owner's must have a 3 letter name.
F. ALL RANKS MUST FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING IMPOSTERS AS WELL AS 10 OR MORE OTHER IMPOSTERS
