    This may seem dumb but I am not a 100% sure if it is him lol..

    Yeah, its just Tim doing a stupid voice to add another character/some spice to his videos.

    Lil Willis can be funny sometimes, but personally I think its pretty lame and is meant to target the younger Runescape audience who watches his videos. I've even heard him apologize in some of his videos and he asks the people who don't like Lil Willis to bare with it and respect the kids who do enjoy him :p

    It's the same person...he just speeds up his voice so it gets higher, much like "Fred" on YouTube.

    I think he sort of copied NightmareRH and his character, little jimmy or whatever it is (cant remember).

    I've never heard him say he speeds up his voice, he just makes it sound creepy.

    He doesn't speed up his voice. He just uses another tone , watch his prank vids etc and its actually pretty funny :p
