I am only making this report because it seems that Hattez is treated differently than us in this community. The evidence in his previous scam report was removed for NO REASON, it was archived without the end result as well. I know I will most likely not win this case, but I just want to put it out there that the accounts @hattez is selling are very sketchy.

Explanation of the trade:

Bought two pures off of him a while ago. These accounts were bought for re-sale, as was made clear to him during our conversation. I did not log in on either of the accounts, and I simply just put HIS pictures of the accounts to my thread. When I finally had a buyer for one of them, I was in the middle of handing him the details and he asked for a current bank picture. When I attempted to log in, I noticed the account was permanently banned for being sold too many times. I then checked the other account,this one was locked.

One of the accounts was later recovered and unlocked, however I deemed it unsafe for re-sale, so I told Hattez he can keep the account. I have since then changed my mind. I would like half of the payment refunded to me.

The important part: This is CLEAR EVIDENCE that BOTH accounts got banned/locked for the same reason and this reason being beyond my control. Perhaps this is enough evidence to refund the full amount of $550,00 that was paid.

Amount scammed:

$550,00 - The deal was $550,00 + Mew minirank for ONE MONTH. The minirank was also requested earlier than the expected date.

The picture below shows that the account has been sold MULTIPLE times. I was not aware of this.

I understand where you are coming from, but my main concern is that the evidence was removed from the first post and the thread was archived prematurely. If potential buyers want to look into Hattez’ reports to see whether or not they want to purchase an account from him, they can no longer see what the victim posted. Potential buyers are entitled to their own judgement, and by removing the evidence they take this away from them.

This is just my opinion, though. I prefer Champ or Pendulum handling this report.

 

Hey IQ. I don't mind not handling this report if you prefer. But I'm just going to make this easy for the next moderator that comes along.

We would not be able to hold Hattez responsible unless the ban occurred before the trade. This is part of the risk people take when purchasing accounts (Of course assuming no kind of ToS was agreed on beforehand) This would be akin to getting banned for RWT after purchasing gold. The situation sucks, but its something we take on as part of a black market skirting jagex's rules.

Your probably going to tell me "I didn't log onto the account though" and as long as you had the information and means to log onto the account there's no way you could prove to us you didn't log onto the account.

So then this does mean that I am entitled to half of the repayment, yes?
One account was unlocked and I do not own it as it is unsafe to re-sell.

Also, what happens about the minirank? Our deal was that I get to keep the minirank for a full month, however he requested it back because he sold it prior to the end of that date.

One more thing, sellers who don't tell buyers that they are not the original owner of an account they are selling have always gotten a TWC for 1 month, why is Hattez an exception to this rule? EDIT: This is in reference to the previous report, btw. Sorry.

 

Accounts that users claim to have been recovered or have been recovered can be claimed as "unsafe" and then we would enforce the seller to refund the purchase in exchange for the account, however this situation is different. If you were to use the account and it was locked then it would be hattez responsibility to unlock it and return the account to you or refund you if he was unable to do so.

How much earlier did he request it back? and why did you give it to him earlier than expected if he still had your payment? I'd need to see the chatlogs here.

I have also been looking at this screenshot which you showed above and it is very concerning. I'll be posting something to talk with my fellow staff about because he is asking you to mislead people by lying and saying that he is the OO of the account.

 

So in the future if this account were to be recovered, I can claim $275,00 from Hattez. That sounds fine by me, as the possibility is very high anyway.

I'll take the account back if he is able to get it to me.

I returned it to him because he sold it to @Laika. Laika requested the minirank from me via PM. He should have told Laika the minirank would not be available until that date. Because I didn't want to cause any issues, I just sent the minirank back.

First of all I'm sorry the accounts were locked/banned. Shortly after you purchased from me about 6 of my accounts were locked. One that crystal sold me is actually still locked. The locks were due to me selling a high profile account to a lurer. They lured some high lvl account who knew mods. When they investigated the account I'm guessing they locked everything that looked bought/sold to my IP. The funny part is both of those pures I owned for over a year before selling to u. They wherent played on or used for much of anything. It was completely bad luck and timing. You act as if I wanted to cause you issues. I have nothing against you. You're a nice person who got railed. However I cannot and will not take responsibility for accounts a month later after I sold them. I told you I wasnt oo and if need be say I am. I would honor refunds and locks the same. When one of the accounts was locked I delivered as I promised. I got the account unlocked as you asked. I've not touched the account since. Honestly I dont even remember u telling me to take it back. It's literally probably right where it was when you abandoned it. As for the mini rank are you kidding me? You had it either or a month or damn near close to it. I received a 350 dollar bid and asked for it back. I'm not receiving any special treatment. To avoid being dnt while it was investigated I sent 1k usd to video. That's why I was allowed to remain untouched. As for the account situation it was bluntly clear me and oo had no part in it. Jagex had taken control of the situation. Video was able to deduce this after going through everything. Things that happened were out of my control. I dont buy sketchy accounts. My i.p.was flagged and at the time I was unaware. This is nothing more than a smear campaign because you're upset. Instead of talking to me you make this report spitefully.

 

Can you change the title please. This isnt a scam report. The title was changed on the last thread as well. Why? Because I didnt scam...

 

About your previous report: any other member in this community who did not mention they were not the original owner to the buyer were issued a TWC for 30 days. Why weren't you? The buyer even asked you, and you didn't answer his question but ignored it.

In any case, I am not upset with you, I just want to show with this that no one should be treated differently. If you want to refund the $275,00 - it will go directly to community repayment. I don't care about it.

If you want to return the account, I will take it.

First and foremost I just woke up. I responded to the original report via my phone while taking a shit. I then got up and let my dog out to take his morning shit. After picking it and throwing it away. I got fully dressed and made my way to my comp. Instead of giving me an acceptable amount of time to respond you DNT'd me. I was under the impression I had given the account back. However going back through our convo I noticed it was never given back. I got it unlocked and had it changed to my Email. However it appears to have been relocked. Original Owner has been contacted. Well it's funny now isnt it. I've been reported for unfair treatment and now Tyler wants to correct that error. He's decided to DNT me because I failed to respond in a few minutes to him after waking up. I'll be damned If I dont see users getting 24 hours all the time? So instead of fairly hearing me out you decided to make sure no1 would ever confuse u for giving me fair/beneficial treatment.

 

Did I keep track of the exact dates? Nope. Did I ask for it back after what I assumed was a month or close to it? Yup. Can you go fuck yourself?

 

You have a DNT because you have outstanding debts against a user, as anyone would have in this situation. Especially after you lied and said she had access to the account. Once you repay your debts the DNT will be lifted.

 

I didnt lie. She said she didnt want the account and abandoned it. I just assumed I gave her the account back because of what she said. After going through our convo it appears I didnt. After attempting to log back in we noticed the email is not on mine or the OO. Ice queen claims it looks like her email but hasnt received any emails regarding it. I've asked the OO to go ahead and recover the account. Now instead of me just being a nice guy and giving her half the money back and allowing her to recoup some loss's, I've decided to wait for the account recovery to go through and return w/e is left of the account.

 

I've been speaking to Ice Queen for some time now. I explained the first report and she understands how we came to the final out come. I've also decided she's endured enough loss. Even though I dont have to, I will be working out a price refund for the last account. It's my fault it went so long. I'm absent minded a lot and assumed this had been handled. @Pegasus can confirm we've worked out a price and I'm sending BTC soon as im done posting this.
