Legalized or Not?

Who here thinks that weed should be legalized? This is a debate gone over the whole world, some people say, well why was weed being grown naturally on earth if it wasn't meant to be put to our use, and other say that weed is like the evil apple designed only to show us the right from wrong and that it is very wrong.

So what do you think? legalized or not.

 

It basically is legalized...you are allowed a small amount for yourself if its in your home. Its the dealing that isnt allowed..

Well in America, weed anywhere is pretty much illegal.

Murder it's self can be seen as something coming "naturally" from the Earth, as it's in our disposition to commit such an act. Claiming that it's natural, doesn't mean it right.

 

actually this would be stupid and senseless why did they ban it in the first place?

In my country Weed is legalized and it works really good.
Besides if people want to use it will get it anyways in a illegal way.
So i say make it legal and everyone is happy.

alcohol was once banned... and when it was banned, thats when gangs started to pop up in America because of the organized crime in order to obtain alcohol, which is one reason it was re-legalized w/ a age requirement

but now that gangs are mainly people that are bored or down on their luck and can only survive by stealing, (Edit)i doubt (/edit)legalizing weed would have any benefit on our society...
unless you define benefiting our society by multiplying the amount of people w/ an iq below 70 by two

 

They should legalize the use and distribution of marajuana in America because since it would be easier to obtain there wouldnt be as many crimes associated with the product. Also the price might drop a little

 

i dunno i think they can legalize it if they want to dosent affect me i dont smoke it myself people who wanna smoke it can smoke it as long as it dosent hurt anyone else

 

It's legalized here in Canada but you can only have 1.5kg at one time and you can't illegally trade it.
My friend was caught with 4.7kg and he had some coffee beans in te bag he was carrying it in and was charged for illegally distributing it and too much in his possesion. However he only got fined for having too much in his possesion because they had no suitable evidence that he was selling.

 

well its illegal for a reason, and it was legal is the 50-60's just go to africa or enland or germany were its legal to have some

 

i dont see why people think its so wrong its no worse than alcohol or smoking

 

Well if they are going to ban marijuana, why not just ban alchohol because it kills more people a day than any other drug.
