And these harder drugs.. Most of them arent bad for you. Cocaine Heroin acid. Depends on how u take them. most of them are only bad on how u inject them and get them into u. yes obviously there not good for you. but there not as horible as people make them seem,.

i myself. are straight edge. dont belive in drugs drinking or anything. i am a veegan and will stay like this forever xXx

One can tell from these replies that when somebody finds a controversial topic, they need to post their un-needed opinion. For every matter like marijuana, there is a strong, but small supporting group. And then there are uneducated jerk-ass idiots who say it's so bad for you. Look at tobacco. Obviously most people do not like it. But there is a small portion who do. Same with pot. If it was legal, a part of the population would be satisfied, and the other would just have to keep their mouth shut.

Personally I think that if pot was legal that would take the fun out of it; like watching out for cops, smuggling bongs, etc..

 

I support it to be legalized, not because of all this silly nonsence of it being good for you, but because it's FUN!

But then again, I do agree with the guy above me. Cause if pot was legalized, I wouldn't make half as much money that I am now. And personally, it just wouldn't be as fun getting high. so hmm, I do not know lol.

 

I think it should be legalized. They already decriminalized it in my state though. I dont do drugs or anything but...

Alcohol - Makes u angry (ex. bar fights), *can* cause liver failure if abused.

Pot - Makes u HAPPY , not angry. It cures many illnesses (Thats why its used for a medical reason). Tbh, Pot is actually good for you every once and a while, just to "clean out your system". (Or cuz its fun )

And yet, alcohol is legal, but pot isnt? It would even be good if they made a law where you must be 18+ or even 21+ just like the legal drinking age.

 

I do believe they should legalize it because it is out there, people use it anyway(heavily) so it might as well be taxed and regulated. Now it is a drug, dont let anyone tell you otherwise. Yes i have tried it before(chronically lol) and i know its effects. Yes you can become addicted- addiction is not something thats just chemically related, its also being psychologically addicted to something that makes you happy/feel good. (smokers)ever been having a bad day and wanted to rip a joint to feel a little better? Its hard to admit but we all have. Look i'm not saying its something to shun, its just something to use moderately. Have fun and toke up but use responsibility.

 

im for legalizing marijuana because its not as other drugs in the world and i that cigarettes are worse for you than weed.

Joke, but i really would love to legalize it. I smoke it from time to time, not much cause i don't have $ for it, but yea i love it.

 

Legalize it. It's harmful, yeah, but not as harmful as tobacco and alcohol. You'd have to smoke 5 joints a day to have the same risk of lung cancer as someone who smokes 2 packs of cigarettes a day.


Legalize it, and tax the hell out of it. Make the crime of providing it to minors the same as alcohol with potential jail time. You do that, and I see no reason why it should stay illegal.

 

ive been smoking it for for years on a every day basis it has affected me in no way what so ever but hydro perp kush the ones that have been altered to be more potent there harmful if you smoke them everyday but they also cost more so i dont get them everyday and i could care less the homegrown generic is safe the burning of the marijuana is the bad part they do make vaporizers though that are safe expensive but safe they have a heater inside of them that heats the marijuana to its burning point and it burns it like that without a flame the reason its illegal is not because its bad for you it even prevents some cancer if it was bad the doctors wouldnt give it to you the reason its illegal is because they cant tax it its so easy to grow just one seed and your in buisness back in the 1930s it was legal you could buy cigarette packs with joints already rolled if you didnt catch it by now i support making it legal
oh and btw it has been scientifically proven that you cant become addicted to it when taken away from a human they suffer no physical withdrawel symptoms besides thinking they need it if someone wants to quit they just do
