Scam Attempt and Proof of Previous Scam

I was trying to sell my ingame name, Bait to someone named Tuckdog, a lurker on these forums. His two skypes are rspssale101 and ScytheDavee.

This is the gallery of the scam attempt, he lead this on for about 4 days, until he finally linked me to a gyazo of "Dave's terms of service". In one of the pictures he admits to scamming someone for $50 iTunes.

EDIT: I suppose I can't really prove a connection between the Scythe and Skype accounts but here is the PM where he asked for my skype. I guess that was smart on his part. http://puu.sh/aM3NG/6b52ecd625.png
