Recently quit Runescape. I have autoclicked my way to a maxed account. Proof on my Youtube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvIYb46mCF7TpXFinGNaRtQ
I'm tired of people spewing this nonsense about autoclicking being easily detectable. If you do it the right way there's no way for them to catch you and the proof is in the pudding. Maxed account and 120 Magic.
If you want to cut the BS and learn how to autoclick the right way, you can check out my online course: http://runescape-autoclicking.teachable.com/courses/autoclicking-for-runescape-101
