LeagueGraphics - Scammer.

First off let me start off saying, not only did he lie and say he "Lost" the graphics, he has been stalling since Friday on my graphics. Today is "Tuesday", and he said he now has lost the graphics. Let's be honest, how can you lose the graphics? You don't. That's simple, today he offered to "Refund" my payment, I have yet to receive one, and refunding my payment doesn't help the day's I have waited that could've been used to get another Graphic's designer. He proceeded to delete me off Skype, and never refunded.

Please take full action, as this guy has wasted 5 day's of my time, because he couldn't complete the job (Which I have yet to receive). He also deleted me off Skype.

 

Im refunding the payment once im home from work bud, and its quite simple my PC shut down for automatic update and I didnt save as was working on it and its gone hence why i apologised and am refunding the payment dont act like you could of made $500 in 5 days dude, also graphics arent a 3 second job

 

This guy has wasted 5 day's of my time. VALUABLE TIME, I can show various Skype messaged where you can clearly see he is avoiding the work, I also can show the work he done in 5 day's as he wasn't professional, nor is he a business person. This guy does not take business here serious when it comes to graphic's. Even if the "Small" Chance he does refund me, the 5 day's he wasted of my time making up excuses is far more valuable than the $15.. Also, to "Not" save graphic's as you work is beyond careless.. He's just making another excuse of his "Computer shutting down" Because he wasn't capable of finishing the job.

Your responses are clear as to why you landed on the "Report a scammer" section. You don't have the skillset as you're advertising, and lied to me about my work. I hope you are dealt with the way you should be.

If you are refunding the payment, why hasn't it been refunded yet? You have had plenty of time to return from work.

 

Im waiting to hear from a mod to see there stance on the situation

 

A mod shouldn't have to tell you too refund me. You're a scammer if you don't and even then you still waste 5 days of my time.

They shouldn't have to tell you "Hey, refund". You should legit have common sense to know, you either refund or you scammed. Either way, still not gonna forget the fact that you literally wasted 5 days of my time.

Speak for yourself. I'm done replying here until a moderator does, hopefully you have enough common sense to refund before then. if not, I hope they take action on you for your ways. "Didn't waste any of your time" That's another whole story, that i'm not going to go into. If they need proof of you wasting my time, I will be happy to show it.

 

@Champ2011 I purchased a signature from him and went through a similar process it took me 8 days to get the completed signature. Didn't really like the final product so I just counted my losses and moved on because i didn't want to wait another possible few days for him to do some fixes on it.

Hes slow, seemingly always busy at work/school and doesn't provide progress pictures but he didn't scam me. That being said I could definitely see why someone in your situation would requested a refund. If he would've told me he has to restart after 5 days i would've also requested a refund.

Anyways its pretty obvious a refund is to be issued but just thought i'd give my side just in case a mod was on the fence about it.
