League Shack issues

everything in the post is current, still not home yet. however, i have provided proof that they dont send an email to an old email address, only the new one. i will update when i send the other screenshot if i'm not refunded. thank you

 

he refuses to refund me without the "original email change request" even though i've provided proof that they don't send emails to the old address, i've even since purchased a new account and it didn't do it - i could make a video entailing this. so it looks like i'm out an account. nbd. just a shame that i've provided everything needed and still cant get the refund i was promised @Hahanerd @Wortel

 

As League Shack says here. You will need to quit ignoring the question and provide the original email.
