Looks like I'm going to have to bash a bit as well. That 5 dig has issues.

 

As I post I can verify that all accounts I sell are working at the time of transfer, I do not sell vac banned accounts, and I do not sell non working IDs, I give 24 hours in which I'll accept shannigans, but past that it's clearly stated "no refunds"

I run a simple, and straight forward shop, and unfortunately I don't have the time, nor money to replace every single account that turns for the worse. That's the black market.

 

I talked to LayneAlways, had a little mishap but I could see it was an honest mistake; I received another account. I strongly trust Layne, everything went extremely well.
