Where can I get the latest version of RSbot from?

Go to Sourceforge and search for "Rsbot".

I downloaded that, but now when I run it it attempts to log in, grey screens and comes up with a red error message, then the script stops.

Did you change all the graphical options to the lowest?

Yes I have put it on safe mode

No not just safe mode. Turn EVERYTHING to the lowest. Even the brightness.
