lastofuspt2 ban

there was no reason for it, because i posted a log on what private server logs a server had i got banned on it, so i made a new account starting fresh without all the private server posts behind it to deal with 07, traded 07 and accounts on the 'lastofuspt2' account

now because some randy thinks he's slick tracing ip's through here [ which is easy anyone can do it] i get banned on my new account?

if i wanted to ban evade i'd mask the ip i made on 'lastofuspt2' this is just annoying and puts my threads at risk when i have accounts up for sale.

i want to know why @aklys reported me, because i have cheaper accounts then him i guess.

& i want to know the reasoning behind @worthel banning me on the spot, cause let's get it straight worthel if i as 'evading' i would of been trying to scam and hide my ip, not sell people bills on osrs and accounts.

i want this reversed.

Why I think he is him is because IP match.
Similar writing skill, he uses allot of "," in his threads.
They use the same method to edit their account pictures.
Close ban and join date.

this was a quote from a guy selling an osrs main account, when i'm selling a better one for cheaper,

so lets get to the facts.

1. they are not close ban and join dates, they are months apart.
2. same method and account picture? what?
3. i use alot of ',' in my threads? ok my grammar gets me banned that's nice, makes no sense for him to make that statement but ok.
4.why would he even search my ip/previous accounts?

this is all for jealousy because i'm out-selling him.

also;

1. You must dispute your ban within one month it was given. After one month, the ban will not be reversed, and the dispute will be denied.

so i can't really evade my previous ban, if i got banned on my old account over 5 months ago? then created this new account 2 months ago, yes i see the connection there wortel.

i have not once scammed anyone, i got that ban on the old account for leaking databases on what private servers have, so i created a new one not to be affiliated with private servers

 

my threads either got deleted by wortel or he hasn't even bothered to look.

he said i was 'evading' my ban from 'apple pie' which i did nothing wrong on the lastofuspt2 account but sell accounts and gold, i have been truthful on my new account and have many trades.

the person who reported me said his proof it was me was 'the dates are close to the account dates created/when i got banned and my grammer'

this is not true as i created my new account 2 months after i got banned and it clearly states you cannot apply for an unban after 1 month of being banned, i got banned for leaking the ways os-scape catch people RWTing, which is fair.

however which isn't fair is i have been banned on my new account for no reason as i couldn't apply for an unban on my old account and i have no affiliation with private servers on my new account.

i would like for this to be reversed and for wortel to reply stating why he has ignored doing this and for him to reply why he was so eager to put the ban hammer on my new account, as i'm only selling osrs gold to buyers like bogla over 1b+ osrs i have sold on this site, the person who reported me was selling a 2k+ total osrs account as was i, i was severly undercutting his price as which i think that was the reason he reported me.

i would also like for this to be looked at from someone else who isnt wortel as he has ignored my 2 requests for this and i have seen nothing from him nor my posts.

You're not allowed to make a new account if you're old Sythe account has been banned. Usually there's no exception to this rule. The only thing that you can do at this point is to Request a Pardon.
