Last chance botting appeal?

I had a last chance macroing appeal on Saturday as someone had hacked my account and botted on it about a month ago. They also, in Jagex's words, "attempted to make others break the rules" i.e asking for passwords and go to rsbots.net.
So i submitted a last chance appeal stating that it wasn't me on the account, as I had just recovered. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for them to come to a conclusion?

It's been 5 days for me so far, and I'm still waiting.

 

It can take from 1 day (if they feel very nazi-ish and didn't read it) to a week if they really do read it and consider it. Average of 3 days though.

Just got message now... I have my account back yay. Got 16 mil on it though :/ not so good.

 

You're lucky that you got it back atleast,they usually do away with botters no matter what the excuse.

 

its weird they changed abit if your botting for gp its a bad in your botting aglity att str deff ect. its gets reset.

 

I know! It's really obvious they botted too, 2400 d bones and green d'hide in bank and no bank pin lol :/

I'm in the same situation as you and my main was not unbanned for macro :/

 

I'm very lucky! Actually bought the account and had a few of their old passwords, and my transaction id's from from debit card, that's it. But I suppose they just looked at the ip's of when it was macroing and saw they were different. Sorry to hear about your account imfinal :/

VN on getting your account back yes usually they wont give em back if they are banned for macroing

 

I said that someone had stolen my password, and I recovered again and a few days later the password was changed again so I tried to recover the account but was unsuccessful. I tried a few more times after that and still nothing so I quit for a few months then recovered and found that it was banned.
