LapizaRia is a scammer

I attempted to buy 1.4b OSRS gp from him. Was having issues via paypal -> sent him $600 initially but paypal flagged the transaction and they won't clear till july 2nd. I've already opened a ticket to chargeback the payments.

I then sent him ~$200 via BTC and he proceeded to log off and block me.

Can scammed be as well for 200m osrs thru paypal. Blocked me on Discord.

Was Scammed by him aswell, 360$ via Personal Payment PP
Contact paypal directly and give them all evidence of your conversations
it will be tough to get money back if you used personal payments, and I advise if you did to never do again (I wont be)

Upon digging further, this user is a known scammer/ban evader, as were @ZeZ and @zinger burger who were bumping the thread.

They have all been DNT + Banned.
