lame/short guide to make you wallpaper a drowser

steps:
1. right click on your desktop
2. click properties
3. click "desktop" tab
4. click customize desktop button
5. now click "web" tab
6. check the box of what web site you want to use
7. (i9f you want a new web site to put up click new.. button then type in url. then hit ok, then you should see a window pop up verifying your command then hitok. then you should see another screen scrizing. the command.)
8. once you have your desired website checked off hit ok.
9. should take you back to desktop tab screen.
10. hit apply
11. after your computer is done understand all your file a small browser should pop up in the backround.
12. strech out the browser window to fit you whole screen
