Lag spikes

So my game lags every one in a while, normally a gunfight or when I see an enemy I get a micro lag.

Normal: FPS - 280 var: 0.8
loss: 0% choke: 0%
tick: 128 sv: 2-3 +- 1-2 var: less than 1

During lag spikes:
FPS - 120 var: 10.2
loss: 0% choke: 0%
tick: 128 sv: 43 +- 10 var: 10


So, my computer specs:
Nothing is overclocked
CPU: i7-7700k 4.2 Quad-Core
Mobo: Gigabyte - GA-Z270X-Gaming K7 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
RAM: 16gb
Storage: 120 SSD, 2TB HDD
GPU: GeForce GTX 1070 Founders edition (8gb)

I had same problem, just reinstall CS:GO it helped for me somehow.

 

i also have this problem on faceit not on matchmaking tho very wierd

 

with those computer specs you should not get this I suggest deleting the game and reinstalling
