Lag Lag And More Lag

Alright, today on runescape we got quite a few updates, one being the new graphic updates..

i come on my computer to play runescape and i can barely logg in how low my fps is and the lagg is killing me.
its because my computer is 6 years old and cant handle the new graphics.

so i go on the laptop which is brand new and runs runescape just fine, even with the new graphic update on highest resizable quality..

eventually, the graphics on the laptop went from new to old, (were i can see the squares on the floors, etc. etc.)
i thought to myself hmm maybe jagex changed it back to normal since all this lag was bombarding us on the bounty +1 w32 server...
in the last hour there has been like 6 lagg spikes which caused everyone to lagg out.
is anyone lagging out aswell?
and has anyone found a way to switch back to old graphic settings? =|

 

Haha yea I tried the Directx thing and it crashed my laptop. Had to shut down after it came back in 20 mins and change settings back to the Opengl thing.

 

me! It got crazy laggy when I was even in unpopulated worlds etc, and mines a customized desktop just over a year old...

 

It was a epic lag attack, even with the servers I would D/C 4/5 while pking and log back in with only my r2h. >:|

omg same thing happened to me.

i died twice , and killed one through lagg.

jagex has to get their shit straight before a fucking update.

hmm I'm botting and my bot is flawless right now. Might be because I am pretty sure the bot is on lowest detail quality possible...

 

Same thing happend to me, i lost 14m...it was ridiculous! i couldn't even move, or eat sharks or type. everybody else was doing fine...

 

i thought it was just my computer, but i lagged out at blacks on a slayer task and logged back in with 50hp/930 rofl

 

hmm..so which one should be use? Safe mode is so ugly...Its like...standard detial LOL
