L2Bweb Banned

[Take n0tes]

Good IRL friend and asked me to post this for him. He was selling RSGP and realized that his thread had dropped past page 1 and so in his attempts to get it to page 1 he was banned for spamming. He then got banned till 2/12 and decided to go on his phone to dispute his ban. He is now perm banned for trying to evade the ban. He didn't try to create a new account, just dispute his ban.

Thanks for your time.

Just tell him to wait out the first ban.
