L2B 124+ with good stats

Hello, I have been a member for quite some time just never really did that many transactions. I am looking to buy a maxed melee (high range/mage/prayer) and skills. I do not care so much about the cost within reason. I will only be dealing with trusted members only. I prefer 1st owner accounts but with extreme trust I will consider other wise.
