Jackal hasn't responded for 2 days... Most likely a scam?

[i heart str]

Have you got chatlogs?
B) Dispute the PayPal cash with unauthorised payment. your guaranteed your money back unless he sent the item.

[oh yea]

i got a 16gb but 90 is too low whats the most you can offer?

[klashyy]

Just talked to paypal and they told me to wait at least 1 day for a response. If not i gotta dispute. And no i got no chatlogs.
