Kyoz - 2fa removal

Hi Admins,

Unfortunately removed the 2fa code on my phone. My backup code does not appear to be working either.

For your reference, I am posting from hope IP right now.
Registered email should be [redacted]
The backup code in question according to my saved document is [redacted] but unfortunately gives me an error.

Please let me know if I need to provide any other info.

Please provide the following:

• Recovery phrase, hint: k****x***d*
• Correct registered email: k**1**5@h******.com
• Previous ISP/Log in locations:
• If your registered birthday is your actual birthday, please provide proof of this in the form of an ID.
• If your registered email contains your real name, please provide proof of this in the form of an ID.

Keep in mind - do not edit your information in. Make a new post and i'll merge the threads together.

Since your bday and email cannot be used to verify your identity (they are different than what you are saying your correct info is) we are having a bit more trouble with your account recovery.

Do you know your recovery phrase? k****x***d*

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately I have no clue as to what I set the recovery phrase from the information you provided rip.

I am quite sure from the redacted email, the email is [redacted]
I have attached a screenshot where I receive emails regarding sythe matters as per the gyazo link here:

Attached in the screenshots contain my name (real) as per the email, and two random sythe emails.
