Well, as it turns out; I have made a false and rash judgment on this clown. As assumed, he is most definitely a ripper/impersonator of a legitimate fellow named "Kyouki" on a different forum.

After doing much research involving chemicals and trigonometry (Took about 43 seconds, actually), I have reached the conclusion that Kyouki (Sythe) is none other than a ordinary cheat-forum user who also uses the alias "Xoo X ooX" on various other forums (One including Zypur). If this is a serious offense, I have no problem going into further detail to get this ripper banned.

Hi, I would just like to say that those who assumed he was a ripper are most definently right.
He has ripped these sigs from various members of a runescape website. I don't want to name since I don't know if I can.
Here are links to those sigs, made by the ORIGINAL owners, most certainly not this Kyouki impersonator.

Here's a member, vvintage, 's shop, where a lot of her creations are, and a lot of these sigs were ripped from.

 

haha either kyouki is vvintage, or he's a dirty ripper.

 

Kyouki sure as hell isn't Kyouki from RSB. At the very least he's using the signature I bought.

I offer my full cooperation and I hope to see this kid banned.
