Explain the service: OSRS powerleveling service, promised to have training done within a certain timeframe and completely stopped training after a certain point. Refuses to issue refund, blocked me on discord, not responding on Sythe.

Proof that the service was not completed: I have since trained the account on my own but it is still under the original exp amount. Can post proof that I made many air bstaves myself if needed.

Hey man , sorry for my late reaction! , it is true i dindt't quite finished the service. i dind't block him he deleted me so i culdn't get in touch with him i am pleased to refund even normally i dont give a refund when he stops the service he deleted me from discord so.

I did xp not al of it , buying the bucket of sand with soda is terrible hard! , the xp wasnt comign as hard as i calculated beacuse botters crashed me alot. thats why the delay.

Kwantium has ignored me for quite some time (screenshots so such). Honestly I gave up on getting a refund after trying multiple times and being ignored. It was just 6-7Mish and it really wasn't worth the trouble. He had already promised me multiple times progress would be made again soon (and failed to keep his word). Training took about a month before I stopped it with about 500K exp done (despite the revised guaranteed rate of 100k+/day after seeing "bots"). I hadn't seen the guy doing anything wrong to others so I just dropped it. I did then remove him from discord (after he failed to respond for many days while being active on Sythe).

I then saw that he was doing similar things to others, ignoring them after taking money, making false promises on times training and such. So I figured I would give him a last shot to do right and give me a refund before I reported him. I made a post on his page, he said to add him on Discord and he would resolve it (pic below). He did not accept my friends request after asking me to add him back so we could resolve it on discord and gave the evidence himself that he is ignoring me. I also contacted him through Sythe which he completely ignored. I have now canceled my Discord friends request. Its clear Kwantium has no interest in actually refunding me until I made this scamming report. Typical fraudster who gets caught.

Also hes definitely not blocked, I have tried through Sythe and Discord both to contact him as shown.

 

It does appear that he did not block me on Discord though, just intentionally ignoring. This was my misunderstanding of Discord. I can message many others without being "friends" with them so I thought that since I couldn't message him it meant I was blocked. However, my main points still stand.

 

@Kwantium It's evident you were ignoring him. If the money is not issued with in the next 24 hours, you will be banned.

So you're claiming you weren't on Sythe after I messaged you. Shows plenty of activity on Tuesday, December 4, 3 hours after I messaged you. Lol.

After 2 weeks and multiple hours he finally gave me my 6m
